The Iberoamerican Journal of Health Sciences is an academic publication peer-reviewed in electronic format. Its purpose is to publish original university texts that focus on the confluence of the thematic areas of research and development in which they cover the entire spectrum of the science of psychology and psychiatry.

The topics of RICS go towards cognitive, social, development and health psychology, as well as behavioral neuroscience and biopsychology. methodological research on therapeutic procedures, family medicine. It will cover all levels of medical education and professionals in the health sciences. It is aimed at researchers, specialists, professors and undergraduate and graduate students related to the field of health.

RICS is intended to disseminate works of scholars, researchers, teachers, professionals, technicians and graduate students in the field of health sciences interested in the theoretical and practical aspects of models and interventions that have as main objective the improvement of their educational and training practices in educational institutions.
 
The mission is to disseminate scientific production on topics related to the health of individuals and populations, which are based on basic disciplines, clinical and public health.
